Hours and Rates
I’m available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm.
My standard fees are:
- 55-minute individual session $175
- 60-minute couple’s session $250
Insurance
I accept the following insurance:
- Aetna
- PacificSource
- Providence
- United healthcare
- For those with other insurance, I am happy to provide you an invoice so you can possibly get reimbursed for sessions.
Payment
HSA cards, cash, or credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
